Ades recently released his new project UserInterfaceIcons.com where he is offering 140 FREE icons. I had a look at the icons and they were awesome. This guy truly knows his job well and this package of 140 is good for a start.
The collection is good but still Ades should know that he has a long path yet to be covered. There is cut throat competition in this field and he is just a starter. I will suggest him to include more variations in his work. Like next time have more colors in your icons instead of sticking to only yellow/blue pair.
Bookmark UserInterfaceIcons.com and do keep checking back. Who knows when he starts charging money for the stuff. So better download it quickly. 
Salman, thanks for the mention. Yes, I accept that sticking to one theme was not a good choice. In the next package (Inshallah), I will make a real-color icons.
