Turn Off The Low Disk Notification Message

Sometimes the “Low Memory In Disk” notification message is real frustrating when you already know that the disk is running short of memory. This is when it is a better choice to turn off that message so that your work is not interrupted.

Open the registry editor (Start > run > regedit.exe)

Open the key HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows \ Current Version \ Policies \ Explorer and look at the DWORD value NoLowDiskSpaceChecks. (Create it if it does not exist.)  Set its value to 1. Exit registry editor and reboot for the change to take effect.

You won’t be bugged with the unwanted message again and again.
