Become Invisible In Facebook Chat For Select Friends

Are you sick of some friends in your Facebook friends list but unfortunately you don’t want to delete them from your list (as you have a very generous heart). There is a workaround that can help you stay invisible for a select group of friends while stay visible for the rest. Though you cannot individually opt for friends but you can create a list and add those friends in that list from whom you wish to stay away from. Just check the image below. I have three lists namely MWS, Acquaintance and College. Facebook provides me with the feature to stay invisible to any group that I want and stay visible to the rest. Makes life quiet easier! Though it is very easy to create lists and add friends to them still I have shown a step by step tutorial to help out dummies.

Click on Accounts on the top right corner of your facebook page and from the drop down menu click Friends

Now click on Friends option in the left side bar and then click on New List button

Once through then you got to enter the name of your list in the text box marked with red in image below

Hit the enter key and you should see the new list ready with facebook waiting for you to select friends that will be part of the list. Just click on the friends one by one and finally click on the button Create List. Your friend list is ready. Similarly you can create more lists and later on opt for the list to which you want to stay visible and the remain invisible to the rest.
