How To Make 3D YouTube Videos?

This has been around for a while but hardly anybody is aware of this. Youtube videos can be made 3D (with the only downside that you got to have your 3D viewing glasses for the video to look 3D) by adding the tag ‘yt3d:enable=true’ in the tag field for your videos. Remember that 3D YouTube videos is the feature for videos that are uploaded by you as are the one who can edit tags of your video. Though the procedure to add the tag to your video is pretty simple yet I will underline them below so as to eradicate any kind of confusions.

  • Log into YouTube using your account and click on My Videos to see the list of videos that you have uploaded. If you haven’t uploaded any then upload one right away to test the 3D feature.
  • Click on Edit button next to the video that you want to turn as 3D.
  • Add the tag yt3d:enable=true in the tags field. You don’t have to separate the tags using comma so just separate this tag with others using a space.
  • Done! Watch the video and it will be all messed up! The idea is simple. As the video now has the 3D feature so it looks to be overlapped with multiple prints at a time. When you use your 3D glasses then you will actually enjoy the 3D experience.

Remember that those who don’t have 3D glasses will consider your video to be messed up so remember to upload one normal version of the same video for that class of viewers. You can check the rest of the 3D YouTube Videos here.
